Cricmad's Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Cricmad platform and all its services. "Cricmad", "we", and "our" refer to the cricmad.ws website and its operating entity. "User", "you", and "member" refer to any individual registered on the platform.

Cricmad's Terms & Conditions have been developed in accordance with Bangladeshi and international law. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes only, and participation is entirely voluntary. Cricmad never pressures users into betting or spending more than they intend to.

Cricmad reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via their registered email or through a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To place bets on Cricmad, you must open a personal account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time and funds may be forfeited.

• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all associated accounts will be closed.
• Keeping your account password secure is solely your responsibility. You must not share your account with anyone else.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• The phone number and email address provided at registration must be verified.

If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact Cricmad Support immediately. Cricmad will never ask for your password via email or phone.

Minimum age to participate on Cricmad 18 years. If anyone under the age of 18 registers, their account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

The following individuals are also not eligible to use Cricmad:

• Employees of Cricmad or its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members
• Residents of countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law
• Individuals prohibited from gambling by court order
• Individuals enrolled in the Self-Exclusion program

All Sports Betting on Cricmad is conducted in accordance with specific rules and regulations. Please read the relevant event rules carefully before placing a bet.

• Minimum Bet: Minimum bet amount: ৳100 BDT per bet.
• Maximum Bet: Maximum limits vary by event and are displayed on each market.
• Bet Cancellation: If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be voided and the staked amount will be refunded.
• Live Betting: There may be a slight delay in bet acceptance due to odds changes during a live match.
• Accumulator Bets: You may place bets on multiple events simultaneously. If one event is cancelled, it will be excluded and the remaining bets will be settled accordingly.

If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error or system issue, Cricmad reserves the right to void that bet. In such cases, the full staked amount will be refunded.

Cricmad currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 BDT
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 BDT
• Deposit Processing Time: Usually instant, but may take up to 15 minutes.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Requests are processed within 24–72 hours.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the original deposit.

KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Additional verification may be required for large withdrawals (above ৳50,000). Cricmad is committed to anti-money laundering compliance and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

Cricmad regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, clearly stated on the offer page.

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require a specified number of wagers before withdrawal (typically 5x to 20x).
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless otherwise stated in the offer's terms.
• Bonus Abuse: If there is evidence of bonus system abuse, the account will be closed.

Cricmad reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of any bonus-related dispute, Cricmad's decision shall be final.

Cricmad may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Registration using false or incomplete information
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity
• Abuse of the betting system or bonus program
• Threatening or harassing other users
• Attempting to hack or carry out any other form of cyberattack on the platform
• Suspected involvement in money laundering or other financial crimes

Users may request to close their account at any time. In such cases, any active bonuses will be cancelled and the available balance will be refunded.

At Cricmad, we believe betting is a form of entertainment, not an addiction. That's why we are actively committed to fostering a responsible gaming culture.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Cooling-Off Period: An option to temporarily exclude yourself from betting for a set period.
• Self-Exclusion: You can self-exclude for a period ranging from 6 months to 5 years.

Cricmad reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• A notification will be sent to your registered email address
• A notification will be displayed on the platform
• Updated terms take effect from the date of the change

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
